Return policy

You may return new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also reimburse the return shipping costs if you were not satisfied with our product. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after the package was sent back; however, usually, refunds will be returned much more quickly. The 4-weeks time period includes the transit time for receiving your shipment (5 to 10 business days), time for processing your return once we have received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
